How long does a repair take?

Most common repairs (screen, battery, charging port) are completed in 30–60 minutes. More involved work — logic board, water damage, back glass — can take 1–3 days. Each repair page lists an ETA.

How do I track my repair?

Visit track-repair and enter the phone number plus last name we have on file. The page shows a 6-stage stepper: Received → Diagnosing → Waiting on parts → Repairing → Quality check → Ready. From the result view you can opt into SMS or email status updates so you don’t need to keep checking back.

Do I need to book ahead?

Not required, but booking online reserves your spot and lets us confirm part availability for your model. Walk-ins are welcome; wait times vary by location.

Can I pay online and drop off later?

Yes — that's the recommended flow. Book and pay online, pick a pickup location at checkout, then drop off your device during business hours.

Do you fix water-damaged devices?

Yes. Outcomes vary based on exposure time and device model; we'll give you a repair estimate after the diagnostic.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online: all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe Checkout. In-store: same as online, plus cash.

My device isn't listed. Can you still repair it?

Probably. The online catalog covers the most common models; if you don't see yours, contact us or stop by either location and we'll diagnose it.

Do you back up data before a repair?

No — please back up your device first if the data is important to you. For data recovery from damaged devices, ask us about a diagnostic.
