By booking a repair, purchasing an accessory, or otherwise using services from FastLinq Corporation, doing business as Fast Mobile Fixx, you agree to the following terms.
Services
We offer device repair and accessory sales at both of our Southern California locations. Repair ETAs, pricing, and warranty coverage are listed on each repair page and confirmed at checkout.
Payment
Repairs and accessories purchased online are charged at checkout via Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable sales tax.
Warranty
Each repair is backed by a limited warranty — exact coverage varies by repair type and is displayed on the repair's page. The warranty does not cover subsequent physical damage, water damage, or modifications made after the repair.
Limitation of liability
Fast Mobile Fixx is not liable for data loss, lost profits, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. We recommend backing up your device before any repair.
SMS communications (Fast Mobile Fixx Customer Care)
Program name: Fast Mobile Fixx Customer Care SMS, operated by FastLinq Corporation.
Description: Two-way conversational customer-care messaging. When you text our published shop phone number, our automated assistant replies with information about repair pricing, store hours, locations, accessories, and warranty, and can connect you with a human technician when needed. We only reply to messages you initiate; we do not send unsolicited or marketing messages.
Message frequency: Conversational and variable — we reply only in response to your inbound messages, so frequency is determined by your inquiry.
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Fast Mobile Fixx does not charge for SMS replies.
Opt-out: You may stop receiving SMS replies at any time by texting STOP to our shop number. After you opt out, we will not send further automated SMS replies until you initiate a new conversation.

Carriers: Supported on all major US carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
