Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes how FastLinq Corporation, doing business as Fast Mobile Fixx, handles refunds and returns for repair services and accessory sales at our two retail locations.
Repair services
If a repair fails within the warranty period, we will re-do the repair at no charge. If the repair cannot be completed successfully, you may request a refund of the repair fee.
Accessories
Unopened accessories may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Opened accessories are non-refundable unless defective.
How to request a refund
Bring your device or accessory to either of our locations, or email market@fastlinq.com with your order number and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
